PBC delivered the design and construction of a new showroom, offices and warehouse facility to support MM Electrical’s expanding Pilbara operations. The project included modern office spaces, a trade counter, staff amenities, and an integrated high-bay warehouse, delivered under a Design and Construct contract. 

Early works identified unsuitable existing fill. Through early planning and value engineering, PBC implemented a compliant, cost-effective solution that avoided unnecessary replacement. The project also required close coordination with a separately engaged warehouse supplier, which PBC managed to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery on time and on budget.
