Pilbara Building Company was engaged under a full Design and Construct contract following the successful delivery of a similar project within the same development estate. Impressed by PBC’s previous work, the client elected to negotiate directly and adopt a proven building concept.

With a clear brief and the same design team retained, early design development was streamlined, allowing the project to progress efficiently. PBC retained responsibility for the design, coordination, and site management of all works, including managing client-direct plumbing and electrical trades to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
