Construction commenced amid national shortages of materials and skilled trades, requiring detailed planning, proactive coordination, and strong leadership throughout the build.

During delivery, changes to government specifications required the façade cladding to be redesigned. PBC led the design development in collaboration with the architect and supplier, delivering a compliant alternative that met updated government requirements, cyclonic standards, and the project’s original design intent. The solution was implemented with minimal impact to programme, ensuring continuity of works and successful project delivery.
