The Step Up Step Down Mental Health Facility in Karratha is the first facility of its kind in the North West. The project included the construction of six individual residential units, an administration building, shared common facilities building and an extensive landscaped outdoor area designed around the stormwater drainage.

Delivered within a residential-zoned environment, the project required careful planning to manage noise and minimise disruption to surrounding properties. Constructed using a concrete slab, steel frame, and Colorbond and Cemintel cladding systems, the facility was completed on time and on budget, providing a purpose-built environment to support community mental health services in the region.
